For life will test you in so many ways
But if you stay strong you'll be okay.

And though sometimes you'll feel you can't get through
You WILL make it
And that's my promise from me to you.

Life may make you want to die
But it always works itself out
I am living proof of this
Eventually you'll figure it out.

You have to be brave and you have to be strong
You have to keep going on
Even when you feel everything is wrong.

You have to show the world that you can win
If you give up you've committed the biggest sin.
But I'm going to tell you what ISN'T wrong....
And that is staying strong.
